Gilbert Hamati, the owner of Trigo, moved to the area in 2007 and noticed there were not too many delis in the downtown area.

Using a concept of fresh ingredients and a San Francisco style-atmosphere, Gilbert has created an original and iconic restaurant in downtown Panama City.

Trigo is open six days a week and offers catering and private party options for your convenience.
